Help disabled children dance their way to inclusion and health! Support Flamingo Chicks to showcase the power of dance as a sport.

Westbury Park Dance Centre Showcase 'Better When We're Dancing' is supporting the Bristol-based charity, Flamingo Chicks. Together we're breaking down barriers and putting disabled children in the spotlight through dance!

Since 2013, Flamingo Chicks has given 45,000 children with additional needs the opportunity to explore movement through dance, creating a more inclusive world where all abilities are celebrated.

With your help, Flamingo Chicks can take their impact to the next level, with an exciting opportunity to dance at Disneyland Paris! We want to empower disabled children, redefine perceptions, and champion the impact of dance as a form of expression and movement for all.

Performing at Disneyland Paris!

In April 2025, Flamingo Chicks have the chance to take 17 children; disabled young people, their siblings and a parent/carer, to perform on Disneyland Paris’ iconic Videopolis stage. This performance will:

• Highlight the physical and wellbeing benefits of dance for children with additional needs or disabilities.

• Showcase their capabilities on a world-famous platform, advocating for greater inclusion.

• Introduce Disney staff to inclusive techniques like Makaton, paving the way for other disabled visitors.

• Share the Disney magic with SEND schools, hospital and hospice-bound children across the UK through our UK based regular sessions.

Any support you can provide to help make this dream come true would be hugely appreciated and make a real impact. Thank you!
