We are a Preschool and Daycare centre that operate in the Garston area of Watford, Hertfordshire. We provide care from 8am until 6pm Monday through Friday. Children can learn through play and are able to access our large outdoor area on a daily basis. We are currently rated Good by Ofsted. Due to general wear and tear we need to update our outdoor play areas soft ground surface, as well as replacing some of the much used outdoor resources that the children enjoy daily. As a charity we dont make any profit and rely on funding to ensure that our children get the best start in education as possible.

Berrygrove Early Years Centre
Established in 1960 as Garston Playgroup our Pre-School has developed into a highly respected and popular childcare provider. For many years we were known as Lea Farm Pre-School, until September 2005 when we became Berrygrove Pre-School after the amalgamation of 3 local Schools. We changed our name again in September 2014 to Berrygrove Early Years Centre.
Our aim is to provide the best quality, flexible, affordable childcare. We do this by providing a happy, caring and stimulating environment where children aged 2-5 will recognise and achieve their fullest potential

The Early Years Centre is often your child’s first experience away from home, so communication between family and staff is very important. Staff are always available at the beginning and end of sessions if there are any queries or concerns. Also, please remember to let us know if there is anything at home which may be affecting you child recognise and achieve their fullest potential.
