The Vision
BantuLink is a visionary super app created by TNK Synergies Ltd, aimed at transforming local economies in Africa through inclusive digital solutions. By merging BantuHire (employment & professional networking) with BantuMarket (local e-commerce & financial inclusion), we are building a tech-driven ecosystem that empowers individuals, strengthens small businesses, and bridges the digital divide across underserved communities.
At its core, BantuLink is not just a tool—it is a social impact movement designed to:
-Provide youth and job seekers with practical skills and access to employment.
-Digitally empower small businesses to grow and compete in a modern economy.
-Promote financial inclusion through mobile-based transactions.
-Reduce rural-urban inequality by creating remote access to opportunities.
-Lower environmental impact by encouraging local digital trade over physical displacement.
-Current Needs & Use of Funds
To realize this mission and scale our impact, we are seeking immediate support to cover critical operational and outreach needs, including:
1. Wages & Team Support – Our dedicated team, including developers, coordinators, and marketers, have committed themselves with little to no compensation. These include:
Myself, Mr Kisob Thomas Ngu, CEO and Founder – coordinating strategy, partnerships, and on-the-ground implementation.
Miss Ayimele Tsopfack Rea, COO and Co-founder – overseeing operations and system integration.
Miss Patience Gheghe, Marketing Executive – leading brand development and community sensitization.
Mr. Mcsteve Tumenta, Project Coordinator – managing local mobilization and stakeholder engagement.
Our engineers from Sublime Prod, a local tech firm – responsible for the app’s core development and innovation.
2. Marketing & Public Sensitization – We must launch aggressive awareness campaigns in rural and urban centers to:
-Educate users on digital tools.
-Build early trust and adoption.
-Train small businesses and job seekers on app usage.
3. Transportation & Logistics – As CEO, I frequently travel between regions to:
-Build government and community collaborations.
-Monitor progress.
-Mobilize resources and partnerships. These movements are essential to sustaining momentum and ensuring community ownership.
