Aim: Bakai Ltd aims to build a new worldwide leather-based brand by working with YouTubers and Influencers, also having fashion shows in London.

A mother and her son opened Bakai Ltd back in April 2022. We are asking the people to help our company get started and become one of the best brands on the world. With your contribution towards our company, we can get started and in return u will receive an awesome product from us.

 -Also we are going to donate a percentage of every sell towards Bowel Disease UK.- I been through a lot with my gastrointestinal illness so we would like to help and donate a percentage of sells towards it. 

My name is Martin Szaszak. I live in London, UK. I am 29, studied biomedical science at Brunel University.

Me and my mother opened Bakai Ltd in April 2022. Our company aims to create a new worldwide brand. We would work in collaboration with famous YouTubers and influencers. Where our designers would design leather bags, leather jackets camera harness tool belts and so on. Plus, the influencer also puts their design idea towards the design. After it is designed the influencer announces our partnership and the product will be on our website.

I talked to London based night clubs where we can hold a fashion show before the product goes on sale. The influencer attends as a guest, and we show off the designs and clothing during the fashion show. Anyone would be able to buy tickets for this. 

We also have a Kickstarter idea. The Kickstarter would be used to gain attention and secure further funding. 

Bakai Ltd also aims to help East London by creating new jobs, in the future we would have a bigger factory here in London for making the products and we won't take manufacturing overseas. We would offer jobs and opportunities to guys and girls fresh out of university and college, and we will work together with Redbridge borough to make sure we do everything us a company to help London grow with us. 

We aim to create a new worldwide brand. 

What did we do until now? 

  • We opened the company with an accountant
  • opened a business bank account which can take payments from worldwide.
  •  We hired a business advisor company to write a business plan and cash flow forecast.
  •  We bought the domain, and we have a business email.
  • Created YouTube videos to advertise our company and opened the Crowdfunder

 But to go further we need your help!!!

How will the donations be used:

  •  We will rent a warehouse in Ilford 2,000 square feet
  •  Get the health and safety electrical and fire certificate for the place
  • Employ two designers a photographer.  We have a designer and a photographer ready to start working for us.
  • Gas, electricity, water, internet. and other basic bills.
  • Insurance for the company for the workers and for the products
  • We will be able to buy the machines and equipment needed for manufacturing and also buy leather from British leather tanneries.
  • Advertise the company and its products on YouTube and in London (London Underground) 

I already talked to YouTubers, and they would like to work with us to design items. I talked to leather tanneries in the UK and also a factory who would provide us with the equipment and machines needed for the production. 

The £125,000 get our company on the right track. We can have the first items designed and manufactured ready in 2 months.
