Axminster Guildhall

We are an entertainment hub in Axminster.  We put on many shows, across the years, amateur and professional.  We also hold comedy evenings, bingo nights and quiz evenings, as well as hosting many wellbeing classes - such as Zumba; Pilates; Fitsteps and Le Roc Dance.  We work closely with the local community and also host the local majorettes and Nourish, who offer free meals to families who are struggling.  As you can imagine, costs on running a large hall are high, and any donations we receive will help us with the overall running costs and allow us to do more community events.  Donations would also allow us to upgrade the building, which would make it a more attractive venue for bigger acts.  Encouraging bigger acts into the Guildhall, gives more diverse choice for the local citizens but also attract more audience members.  Larger audience numbers can have an impact on the other business' in Axminster, as they seek what Axminster has to offer.
