Aim: This week we (Aberystwyth University Women's Rugby) are holding a multitude of events to raise money for the Wales Air Ambulance
AUWR this week are holding a multitude of events to raise money for the Welsh Air Ambulance.
Many people across Wales unfortunately have to use this service especially with in rural areas in which ambulances cannot reach however many of them are not aware that the service is not government funded and is infact a charity.
Playing Rugby comes with its risks and although major injury is rare it does still happen, we rely on the best care this is why this charity is so important to us as it is a fantastic aid.
Over the week we are holding a touch tournament which all proceeds go to the charity as well as a take over in our local bar Harleys. Shots face painting glitter will all be available to buy. However we wanted to reach further then the small town of Aberystwyth so we have set up this page to get as many donations as possible
