AuraMorph is an ambitious next-gen app, blending advanced 3D transformation, real-time effects, and interactive contests. Like any project at this scale, there are challenges — but we’ve already taken steps to reduce risks and prepare for the road ahead.

1. Technical Complexity:

AuraMorph involves real-time scanning, 3D rendering, music syncing, and facial transformation. These features require serious performance optimization, especially across different devices.

How we’ll manage it: We’ve already mapped out the architecture, selected proven tools (like Unity), and will work with experienced freelance developers to deliver high performance and stability. A phased rollout (beta → soft launch → global) will allow us to polish based on user feedback.

2. Budget Constraints:

We’re launching with a lean budget. While £56k is needed to develop a working prototype and get us off the ground, we’re aware that unexpected costs may arise.

Our plan: We’ve allocated a contingency buffer, focused on sponsorships and partnerships early, and will scale features responsibly based on available funding. Additional revenue through ads, subscriptions, and strategic investors will support growth.

3. Scaling User Base and Infrastructure:

As AuraMorph grows, so will backend demands.

How we’ll respond: We’ll use scalable cloud infrastructure and monitor app usage closely. We’re planning for success, not reacting to it.

4. Licensing and Artist Agreements:

Securing rights to use music, celebrity likenesses, and branded content (like Marvel or DC) is complex and time-consuming.

What we’ll do: We’ll start with original or royalty-free content, and pursue these partnerships over time with proper legal guidance and clear licensing strategies.

Why we’re different: AuraMorph isn’t just a filter app — it’s a contest-driven transformation platform with real-world rewards, deeper immersion, and future collaborations with artists, dancers, and brands. We’re carving out our own niche.

6. Team Size and Timeline:

As a solo founder with contractors, progress may be slower than a big studio.

How I’ll stay on track: I studied Computer Science at Westminster University and Business Management for 4 years at Bromley College in London, which equips me with both technical and strategic skills to lead this project. I’ve already developed the core concept, branding, and roadmap. The Kickstarter will allow me to bring on focused help to speed up development and stay on schedule.

Team support: Dipkia G Bari, who studied at Women’s University in Mumbai, is an experienced iOS and Android developer supporting the app’s development.

My video was created by invideo but I came up with the create script for the video my self I own it's was written specifically for my project I also used Chatgpt to create some images for my project AI Disclosure AuraMorph is a deeply personal project—an idea I envisioned and developed entirely on my own. The concept, the message, the creative direction—all of it comes from me. Long before AI tools existed, this vision was already alive in my mind. To help bring that vision to life visually and communicate it more clearly: I used ChatGPT only to help structure and refine the wording on this page. The ideas, thoughts, and voice behind it are completely mine. I used AI image generation tools to create visuals based on my own concepts. I used InVideo, which includes AI-assisted features, to help create the preview videos. I also used Iloveable to build and share a clickable prototype of AuraMorph. This prototype is just a mockup for now and is meant to visually demonstrate the concept. All designs and ideas shown in it were created by me. AI did not generate any ideas or add anything creatively to AuraMorph. It was simply a tool I used to express what was already mine. The heart, soul, and originality of this project come entirely from me. I also conducted my own research to ensure that my concept is original, because I deeply value creativity and integrity—I would never take credit for someone else’s work.
