The story behind ARVRA is one of triumph over adversity.
I was born with a rare heart condition, which led to her being told that exercise was never going to be a part of my life. Over the years, I sat on the sidelines, quietly observing and craving exercise's positive impact on her friends and family. This had a huge impact on my mental and physical health. Then, in sixth form, I decided to take up dance against the advice of my medical team. Over the course of 10 years after, I went from the very bottom to the strongest I've ever been and my heart became stronger.
On a mission to help others feel the way I feel now, after being at rock bottom I grew a passion for understanding how the human body works, and the strong connection between the body and mind. I want to help people with life's moments!
ARVRA was built from my journey of finding my own way to health. I wanted a place where everyone could have all dimensions of wellness, that were suitable for all, conditions or not. Everyone is totally unique with their wellness recipe and a lot of apps and solutions only cater for the top 5%.
We work with individuals and companies, changing their mental, physical, and emotional well-being, so they gain strength and resilience to cope with life's moments.
My biggest goal is to help those who helped me through my journey, the nurses, doctors, and those who are time-poor and dont know where to begin. It would be my way of giving back. We want to reach the people who don't have access to the right help and support. We need money to raise awareness!
