Animal Inspired Workout

COVID-19 is wreaking havoc across the globe and has now begun affecting day to day operations at International rescue centres.  In the midst of the pandemic which is believed to have originated in wildlife, protected animals are still being kept illegally as house hold pets, and are still being poached and killed. Not only is this illegal it also increases the risk of disease transmission from animals to humans and vice versa.  Without trusts like the International Animal Rescue this will not be stopped and the harm to animals and humans will remain.

To help trusts like the International Animal rescue and to be part of a cause I have decided to raise funds as well as awareness, and am holding an 'Animal Inspired Charity workout'  to raise money for a cause that is very important to me and the world.  

So please join me on Sunday 10th May at 10:00am on Instagram for a fun live charity workout.  All I ask is that you make a contribution no matter how big or small.  This can be ahead of the day, during the event or after!
