Introduction

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read through this appeal. My name is Kingsley Fernando. I am a creative teacher looking to make a debut film in collaboration with other creatives. We are aiming to raise a total amount of £2,500 which will be used this for pre-production, location, rentals and licensing, feeding and compensating the cast and crew. We also plan to organise a screening for the film.

Synopsis

Amber is a mother to a young girl who lives with her partner Chris. She is hardworking and works hard to provide for her family. Chris is unemployed, and despite Ambers's effort to support him, he is physically and emotionally abusive towards her. What will Amber do, how will she live through this, will she get the justice she deserves?

Filming will commence in the summer of 2022 for release in the following months. We are appealing for your support, and any amount you donate will go a long way in making this project possible. All donators will get a free ticket to the screening alongside honourable mentions in the credit.
