Alveston Cricket Club has been part of the Alveston community since 1953.
This wonderful village, has a true community spirit and we are very honoured to be part of this.
Our current club committee has been developing and growing for the past 6 years to support cricket in the local area.
Through ECB and Parish council support we have managed to introduce Allstars and Dynamos to junior players in the local area. We have also created a new community outdoor practice area last year.
Our vision is to be a local club for the benefit of the local community. Supporting local events and a developing a strong sports club for the benefit of Alveston village.
We need some support during this pandemic. With no income from playing cricket and ongoing costs, we are reaching out to our membership , both current and past, as well as the local community to support our club.
The money will go towards the continued development of cricket in the community and will allow the club to remain financially viable at this difficult time.
Thank you
Martin
