Alvanley Cricket Club is an amateur, volunteer-run club with over 200 kids and 4 adult teams including women and men. I have played for the Women's 1st XI since we started up and we are one big family and love every second when we play and train.
After many years of service our clubs sight screens are at the end of their career for alvanley. We are now fundraising to replace our old sight screens!
Kev Honeysett is walking, cycling and kayaking a stump from Lords cricket ground all the way to alvanley.
I am one of many of our alvanley family helping him through the last 13 miles from Beeston castle to alvanley.
