All Saints Hall Heating System - Warmth Wanted

Aim: Our boiler is not working and parts no longer available. We need to raise around £20k for a new boiler/system to keep our space warm.
We'd like to provide a warm space! :-) In the most economically way too, so are looking at doing this with efficiencies to reduce our carbon footprint - so zoning the hall into heating areas and controlling the temperatures in a different way, increasing lagging to prevent lost heat.
We run a family cafe in during school holidays - where parents and their children come together to cook together and do various activities - providing much needed support when Free School Meals aren't available.
The venue is a home to uniformed organisation with 80 children meeting there each week.
Alongside this, we have a baby and toddler group each week, have various rooms used to help run activities improving peoples wellbeing with Yoga and Pilates. We also have dog training
A home-ed group meets for 3 days a week - promoting working together, and learning together.
Our boiler broke down - at this coldest time of the year - and we know it's going to cost around £25k to replace. We are applying for grants too but are going to need everyone's support if we want to get this moving quickly.
