Terms & Conditions 

It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before entering this prize draw. Nordoff and Robbins is a registered charity (280960) and all income raised from this prize draw will go to Nordoff and Robbins. 

1. This charity prize draw is being run by Crowdfunder (“Promoter”) for the benefit of the charity Nordoff and Robbins (“Charity”). This prize is donated on behalf of All on the Board (“Prize Provider”).

2. Participation in this prize draw is through Crowdfunder at a cost of £5 per prize draw entry. 

There is no limit on entries in the prize draw. 

3. Free entry to the prize draw can be made by sending a letter or postcard to All on the Board Oasis Prize Draw, Nordoff and Robbins , 2 Lissenden Gardens, London NW5 1PQ.

Prize draw entries received by postcard will be manually entered into Crowdfunder’s supporter’s details database.

4. The prize draw is open for entry to all countries, except Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe. Any entries from these countries will not be accepted.

5. You must be over the age of 18.

6. The prize draw is not open to Employees of the Promoter, Charity, or Prize Provider, or their holding or subsidiary companies or agents or suppliers; or members of the immediate families or households of any of the aforementioned.

7. The prize draw will run from 10.00 GMT on 29th August 2024 to 00:00 GMT on 13th September 2024. Entries received outside of this time will not be valid. 

8. To enter the prize draw you must have a mobile phone or other wireless or electronic device that supports internet access. Normal internet access and data usage charges imposed by your carrier or online service will apply. You must have a valid email address to enter the prize draw.

9. The Promoter, Charity and Prize Provider accept no responsibility for prize draw entries that are not successfully completed or are lost or delayed in transit due to any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, software, or any other equipment failure.

10. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are: automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with, photocopies and not originals, or incomplete. 

11. One (1) winner will receive one (1) signed board.

12. No substitution of prize is offered, no exchange or transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and prize may not be redeemed for cash value, except by the Promoter, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize or a portion of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value or to change to date of the prize if needed. All fees and/or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of winner. If the winner’s delivery address is outside of the UK, the winner may need to pay customs duties, import tax and/or handling fees to receive the item. Any fee(s) will vary between countries. By entering this competition, the winner agrees to pay the fee(s) if applicable. 

13. If the Prize winner does not reply within 10 days of the confirmation after they have been contacted as the winner, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner from all non-winning eligible entries.

14. The prize winners will be randomly selected on the draw date. The first entry drawn will win the prize.

15. The winner will be notified by Promoter via email within seven (7) days of the selection. The winner must respond to the Promoter by email within 48hrs of being notified by the Promoter. The winner’s prize may be forfeited (at Promoter’s election) if the Promoter does not receive the winner’s response within the 48hr period, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

16. The decision of the Promoter and/or Prize Provider regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.

17. Personal data supplied for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of this prize draw by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running and fulfilment of the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.

18. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. The receipt from Crowdfunder is the acknowledgment that the prize draw has been entered, you will not receive a ticket from Nordoff and Robbins.

21. Payment for participation in the prize draw is through Crowdfunder only. No other form of payment can be accepted.

22. Winners’ names may be published on the charity’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. If you do not wish to have your name published on Nordoff and Robbins website/social media, please choose the privacy option when entering the prize draw through Crowdfunder.
