MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) Fundraiser Prize Draw

1) By entering our prize draws you are agreeing to the following prize draw terms and conditions.

2) The Prize Draw we are offering is being run by MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline), a Charitable Incorporated Organisation [Registered with The Charity Commission for England & Wales - Registration No 1195589] ('MV Ross Revenge' 'we'/'us') of Beeleigh, Maldon, Essex CM9 6LL

Eligibility To Enter

3) Our prize draw is open to entrants over the age of 18 only. Staff and related persons of MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) or the 'Prize Provider' are not eligible to enter.

4) By entering our prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

5) The number of entries allowed per person are unlimited, based on:

a) A donation of £10 will secure 1 entry into the draw the participant has entered

b) A donation of £25 will secure 4 entries into the draw the participant has entered

c) A donation of £50 will secure 10 entries into the draw the participant has entered

6) Our prize draw is also free to enter via postal entries.

How to Enter

7) The prize draw opens at 6 pm on Friday 16 August 2024 and closes at 6 pm on Friday 6 September 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.

8) To enter the prize draws:

Postal entrants may enter the Prize Draw 

i) by mailing their full, name, address and contact telephone number (including area code if landline) or other method of contact  (as applicable) to the following postal address:

Yasawa Princess Cruise, Radio Caroline, PO Box 12524, Maldon, Essex CM9 9EX

and

ii) by sending an entry within an envelope. Entries received other than in an envelope will not be accepted.

In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope, only one entry will be entered into the draw. Multiple entries can be made, but in separately posted single entries.

iii) Entries by post must be received at the relevant postal address specified for entries by the end of the Entry Period as specified in Clause 7.

iv) Entries which have not been given the correct or sufficient payment for postage will be invalid.

v) Personal and hand delivered entries will not be accepted.

9) We are unable to accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate - or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit.

The Prize

10) The Prize will be as follows:

One winner will receive an all-inclusive, 14-night Maldives cruise for two people sharing a double cabin on board the 'Yasawa Princess' cruise ship, courtesy of the 'Prize Provider' RTC Travel Ltd. The cruise is to be taken between November 2024 and April 2025 , dates subject to availability.

The Prize includes return flights from a UK airport to Male and transfers from the airport to the 'Yasawa Princess'. Should the winner not be able to fly from a UK airport they will need to either book and pay for flights with RTC Travel or arrange and pay for their own flights.

11) MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including cruise or flight cancellation/postponement, unsatisfactory quality or no receipt of the prize. 

12) The winner of our Prize Draw will be selected by Google Random Number Generator after the close of the draw.

13) The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

14) The decision of MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Announcement

15) The winner will be announced after Friday 6 September 2024 by the email address or postal address provided in the prize draw entry.

16) We will attempt to contact winners by email up to three times. If contact is not made we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Claiming the Prize

17) MV Ross Revenge (Home of Radio Caroline) will contact the winner and when the prize is claimed their details will be passed on to RTC Travel Ltd to arrange their booking.

18) If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days they will lose their right to the prize and we reserve the right to choose a new winner.

Data Protection and Publicity

19) You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the draw to be used by us for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.

20) Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the Prize Draw, which many include publication of their name and photo.

Limitation of Liability

21) The Charity does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the Prize Draw or being selected for a prize

General

22) We reserve the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

23) The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
