On Sunday 3rd October I will be Skydiving and wish to raise money for the new charity, Better Ways Recovery. Better Ways is being established in Lichfield and aims to help people who are struggling with substance abuse issues. It is run by those who have been in addiction and found recovery. Having suffered myself with substance abuse issues and now being in recovery for almost 3 years I want to donate what I raise to this life-saving charity.
