Alder Trust aim is to enable the community to thrive. We prioritise the health and wellbeing of individuals and the wider community. We do this by reaching out and enabling more services to be accessible to the highly deprived areas within Southampton. We enable a collaborative environment for those in the third sector and the private sector to work together and use one another's resources to save on funding and make services more sustainable.

Alder Trust is based in Southampton and is an umbrella charity to several projects and initiatives that design, advise on, and deliver community-based solutions to presenting needs and challenges. Our focus is people; our priority is the health and well-being of individuals so that they can thrive in their community. We currently have 3 main projects operating under our charity:
- Aldermoor Community Farm: a sustainable community farm, nurturing the potential of people as we nurture the land.
- The Firgrove Centre: advice, support and counselling for those facing baby loss.
- The Healthy Relationships Program: Relationships and Sex Education workshops delivered in schools, colleges and youth settings.
