We are asking for funding for the 2 security gates at the top of the Crescent and payments to provide keys. The gates have been repaired and are now working well (and the original keys still work). This required some parts and a lot of labour, time and expense from us. A proportion of this has to be paid for and further repairs, parts and maintenance will be necessary.
The project is now asking for your contributions towards these expenses, to ensure the entries remain secure and accessible, for the foreseeable future, to those with the right to use them.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are asking for an initial, minimum contribution, per key holder of £10, towards this upkeep of the gates.
Thereafter, you can purchase further security keys, at cost, which are now £17 each. Sadly the cost has risen within the last 2 weeks and is contrary to what the letter says. These will be delivered, by me or Linda.

HOW TO PAY AND THE NECESSARY INFORMATION WE REQUIRE.
Please make all payments for gate upkeep contributions and key purchases, into the payment box provided.
(Please be aware that during the payment process, Crowdfunder will, themselves, be asking for voluntary donations.)
After clicking pay/confirm please wait for the comments page.
PLEASE, THIS OTHER BIT IS IMPORTANT.
Please, leave your first name and address and the number of keys paid for in the comments section.Note, that other residents will see this. So if you would rather, please send this info via our gmail.
Any questions, please get in touch at [email protected] or with Brian Sharpe at 34 Albert Crescent and Linda Squirrell at 37 Rookery Lane.
We will not receive any money from Crowdfunder for 4 weeks.
(Please note, that because the key payments are not part of the target, but we had to lump them in with the contributions, therefore the target figure is not relevant.)
Thank you to you all.
