We want to make the community allotment more accessible to all including volunteers with disabilities.

Albert Avenue Allotments are a wonderful hidden gem in the Sedgely Park area of Prestwich in Manchester.

Incredible Edible have a community plot on the site that is open to everyone who wants to grow food together.

We have a shared toilet that we want to make accessible and we plan to have a wide path, raised beds and a wide polytunnel on the community plot so that wheelchair users and others can enjoy working on the plot.

Incredible Edible Prestwich and District are working with Jewish Action for Mental Health (JAMH) and Albert Avenue Allotment Association on this project. Your donations will go towards making the toilet accessible and improving access on the community plot.

JAMH will offer a series of horticuture therapy sessions on the community plot aimed at increasing peoples' mental health and well-being.
