Aiming for a brighter future for my family

It has been my dream for a long time to open my very own little corner shop bakery/confectioners. I absolutely love baking & creating delicious products but unfortunately life stopped me in my tracks when I suddenly lost my husband at the age of 40. This hit me & my kids for six & life has seemed very unfair since but I am not one to give up, I would so love to succeed to show my kids you can gain strength from the fights that life gives you. I want to make my children & late husband proud but most of all I want to make myself proud. I would love to show the community what I can offer, I love my baking skills but also my exceptional morals of believing it never hurts to go above & beyond of what the customer expects. I would use the money to buy a commercial mixer,fridge & cooker. Also stock to get started. I aim to offer home baked breads, cakes, cookies, chocolates, truffles,fudge & much more.
