As the visionary behind AI Employability, my journey is one fuelled by passion, resilience, and a relentless commitment to making a difference. My name is Kris Godsman, and my story begins with a pivotal moment of transformation during my time in prison.
While incarcerated, I seized every opportunity to educate myself, immersing in books on artificial intelligence and sustainable development. Despite the challenges, I finished my sentence with a First-class BA (Hons) Arts and Humanities degree {economic history} and an M.Sc., Sustainability Transitions degree specialising in Sustainable Innovation Investments.
Upon my release, I embarked on a mission to turn my newfound knowledge into action. Drawing from my educational experience and fuelled by a deep-seated passion for social impact, I founded AI Employability. I assembled a dedicated team of like-minded individuals, each sharing a vision of empowering others and driving positive change.
Our idea is simple yet profound: to harness the power of artificial intelligence to provide meaningful employment opportunities for those facing barriers, such as long-term unemployment or a criminal record. We envision a world where everyone has the chance to thrive, regardless of their past or circumstances.
