We aim to help older people live fulfilling lives and are committed to fighting ageism and addressing social exclusion.

We are Age UK Hammersmith and Fulham.
We support older people in the borough to stay fit and healthy, maintain their independence and improve their overall wellbeing. At our centre on Greyhound Road, we offer something for everyone. From yoga to digital skills, from a hot lunch to advice on benefits, we provide a holistic service to enable older people to access a community, support and opportunities.
In addition to the services we offer at our centre, we also provide outreach throughout the borough and enable access to some of our exercise and activity classes online to make sure that location is not a barrier to receiving our help.
We welcome feedback from those using our services to make sure there is something for everyone.
