My name is Glyn. My aim is to start up my own business. I have the experience and knowledge I need to make this a successful business.
I have always worked for other people. Now I feel it is my turn to own the business. I have researched all the pros and cons and studied the competition in and around my area.
I know I can sell my products cheaper whilst keeping a high standard of product.
I am looking to fabricate aluminium windows and doors then sell them to the trade and public for cheap trade prices. I have a lot of contacts in the industry who I have spoken to and would definitely use my company as a supplier.
The market for aluminium products is on the increase and will only get stronger. Over the next couple of years.
I am also looking to include selling upvc windows and doors as well as composite doors. These I can buy and sell as I have already found a cheap supplier.
We would then look to provide maintenance and service call outs and fitting packages if customer requires. We have also found fitters and service engineers who are willing to take work on for us.
This is a business that will grow very quick and very big over the course of 3 years.
We expect to turnover around 80,000 in the first year. 150,000 in the second year and over 300,000 in the 3rd year.
We would be looking to expand in the fourth year and open a second unit in another area. We have a number of areas we are looking into. Research on going. South east england looking favourite sofar.
So by year 5 we should be turning over between 450,000 and 600,000.
We need to raise some funds to buy machines and some start up stock. The amount we need to start this amazing journey will be £40,000.
We will be creating jobs for local people. We expect to take on 2 to 4 people in the first 6 months. Then at least 2 every year to keep up with demands.
This will be a registered ltd company once funding is in place.
We would also be looking to help out with small projects in the community like small money donations, sponsoring small clubs, even free double glazing to small charitable projects.
Thanks for taking the time to read.
I hope you can help me start my business.
