Adventures with Dad: Leclerc Baby prize draw Terms and Conditions:
1. You are entering to win one of four Leclrec Baby Influencer Air Strollers (“The Prize”).
2. By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility, Entry Requirements and Entry Period:
3. Dadvengers Adventures with Dad: Leclerc Baby Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to residents within the United Kingdom only.
4. There are two methods of entry in the Prize Draw:
- Paid entry into the Prize Draw is available through the Dadvengers Adventures with Dad: Leclerc Baby Prize Draw page at Crowdfunder.
- Postal entries are permitted: see points 8-13.
5. Multiple entries are permitted.
6. Entrants must be at least 18 (Eighteen) years old to enter and participate. Any entries submitted by persons under the age of 18 will be disqualified and refunds of entry costs will not be provided.
7. The prize draw opens on 12 September 2023 at 08:00 and closes on 23 September 2023 at 23:59 (the “Entry Period”). Any entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be counted.
Postal Entries:
8. To enter by post you must send your entry by mailing your full name, address and contact telephone number, in an envelope to Unit 15232, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US.
9. One entry per envelope is permitted.
10. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope, only one entry will be entered into the draw.
11. Entries sent other than in an envelope will not be accepted.
12. Postal entries must be received by 16 September 2023. Postal entries received after this date will not be valid.
13. Postal entries which have not been given the correct and sufficient payment for postage will be invalid and will not be considered.
The Prize Draw:
14. The prize draw will take place on 24 September 2023 (“the Draw Date”).
15. Once the Entry Period has closed, each valid entry will be entered into the draw.
16. On the Draw Date the administrator (Dadvengers) will use a random number generator to select four (4) prize winners from the valid entries.
17. The winners will be notified by email (to the email address used to enter the draw) and/or first-class post within 2 days of the Draw Date.
18. In the event that we do not hear back from The Prize winners 5 days after we have notified them, we reserve the right to disqualify this winner and use a random number generator to choose another winner.
19. In the event that any of the The Prize winners are disqualified from the draw, Dadvengers will use a random number generator to choose another winner.
20. If you are chosen as a winner, you agree to your name being published on the Dadvengers Website and on our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
21. The Prize will be sent to the winner directly from Leclrec Baby after the embroidery has been completed.
General:
22. The Prize is non exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
23. Only valid and correctly completed entries will be accepted.
24. Dadvengers reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
25. Dadvengers reserve the right to disqualify any entries and withhold any prize which may have been won if we believe that an entrant has not complied with these terms. And reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.
26. If you are chosen as a winner, you agree to your name being published on our website and social media pages. You also agree that these details can be disclosed to people wishing to be supplied with winner details. Your email address and postal address will not be provided.
27. Should The Prize be damaged during delivery it will not be replaced or refunded. Items damaged once delivered will not be replaced or refunded.
28. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dadvengers shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury or death arising from The Prize.
29. By participating in the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have read and understood and, agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions and privacy policies published on the Dadvengers website.
30. Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of Instagram, Facebook and Twitter respectively.
31. This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
