Welcome to ADHD Squirrels!
We are an adult peer support group based in Fife providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals living with ADHD to share experiences, offer advice, and support one another. Whether someone is diagnosed, self-identifying, or seeking to understand more, this group is here to foster community, understanding, and growth.
 Share tips and strategies
 Find encouragement and connection

ADHD Squirrels is a supportive network where someone can be your authentic self.
ADHD Squirrels currently run a Facebook group, a WhatsApp support group and an in person support group each week. Our groups aim to offer a blend of ADHD learning and awareness and a safe space to share. We also arrange adhoc things such as walk, blether and coffee meet ups.
We celebrate the diversity of ADHD experiences and strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for everyone.
ADHD Squirrels Facebook and Support Groups are organised on a peer to peer basis. A group of members have volunteered to help run the groups and oversee these in line with the rules noted at each
At the moment we are relying alot on our members to use there own resources and money to fund the group. We have created this crowdfunding page to ask for some support to get some of the basics that will help the group thrive and grow. The main items would be a projector, a laptop, a phone, stationary and printing costs. If there was any money left over it would be put to some of the rescources we have at the meeting such as figit toys and noise cancelling ear buds for members. Funding may also help with room costs and tea, coffee and biscuits going forward. Whilst we are happy at our current venue, The Other Place in Kirkaldy, if we were to grow as we hoped we will be looking for a larger space which would lilely involve a hire cost.
