Hello, thank you for visiting my fundraiser! I have turned to crowd funding as my power chair is beyond repair, taking away my independence. I would be so grateful if anyone is able to donate towards a new one so that I am able to get my independence back and be able to go out and do things again. I need a specialist chair which can recline back due to my medical condition that can cause me to black out, which is unsafe for me in public. My assistance dog is able to alert me to an oncoming episode and being able to recline my chair ensures that I remain conscious and safe as I won’t need to lay down on the floor in public.
