The aim of this urgent appeal is to seek financial assistance for my family. I am a healthcare support worker in NHS.

Life has thrown our family a curveball these past few months. My husband's contract ended unexpectedly six months ago, and the job search has been incredibly challenging, despite his tireless efforts and willingness to take on any work available.

Adding to this, we are facing an urgent situation regarding a loan of approximately £29,875 that we took out to cover my international school fees. Due to unforeseen financial strain, we missed some payments, and now the borrower suddenly wants the full amount by the end of this month, May 30th, 2025 due to our missed payments.

As a healthcare support worker, I am working as many hours as I can, currently around 45 per week, and trying to find more within the limitations of my visa. We are a family of four, with two children, and the weight of this debt, combined with the struggle of unemployment, has become overwhelming. My husband, a skilled engineer, is diligently searching for any opportunity, even exploring roles in delivery, care, and at Amazon – anything to contribute.

We are reaching out with heavy hearts, hoping that your compassion might offer a lifeline during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, would bring us immense relief and help us navigate this unexpected financial crisis. Your kindness would mean the world to our family, providing a beacon of hope when things feel incredibly tough.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for considering lending a helping hand.

With sincere gratitude,

Oriade
