My brave 13-year-old with complex special educational needs, including neurodivergence and mental health challenges. Despite his rights and legal obligations to receive a suitable and timely education, he has faced over 2 years of missed school, countless delays, and local authority failures that have severely impacted his development, emotional well-being, and future prospects.

Our family has been tirelessly advocating, but the obstacles, delays,  poor quality assessments, support services, and adequate provisions, have caused our son emotional trauma, regression, and a profound sense of being left behind. We’re now seeking urgent private assessments and legal support to ensure he finally gets the tailored education, therapy, and support he deserves.

Your donation will help cover essential costs for private assessments, legal fees, and advocacy to fight for Mason’s future through the courts, to hold the local authority accountable.
