Our Story: Fighting Hunger and Supporting Families in Crisis
In our community, hunger and poverty are heartbreaking realities faced by too many families. Parents are struggling to feed their children, babies are going without essential items, and the cost-of-living crisis has left countless households at breaking point.
Our team is here to help. We’ve come together to launch a foodbank and baby bank, providing vital support to families in need. This isn’t just about handing out food or baby supplies—it’s about restoring dignity, offering hope, and ensuring no one in our community is left behind.
Our Vision
We dream of a community where no child goes hungry and no parent feels the shame of being unable to provide. Our foodbank supplies nourishing, culturally appropriate groceries, and our baby bank offers essentials like nappies, formula, pushchairs, and baby clothes to struggling families.
We also aim to address the deeper issues of poverty by offering resources like budgeting workshops, nutritional advice, and connections to local support services. By combining immediate relief with long-term solutions, we want to empower families to build brighter futures.
