New stretch target
To purchase a 'bigger' mower more suited to the facility at Crays Hill. We believe that by keeping the cricket outfield trim and attractive this enhances the appearance of Crays Hill Park as well as providing an attractive cricketing facility.
Swanwick Hall CC is a thriving cricket club. The plans for 2020 were to hold All Stars Cricket for 5 - 8 yr olds, Dynamos cricket for 8 - 10 yr old + Kwik cricket for 11yr olds. The future plan is to have U12’s, U13’s + U15’s. We already have 2 x senior sides.
The Club is building for the future and the philosophy is to build from the bottom
Our ground on Crays Hill is owned + maintained by AVBC with our own input. During the past 3 months our input has increased dramatically due to AVBC staff absences. Our little sit on mower is exhausted cutting the enormous outfield at Crays Hill and we earlier had to have a part repaired that cost nearly £300.
Any money raised will 1) help towards the expenditure over the past 3 months + 2) help towards developing the junior sides for the future
