Hey guys
I’m going to be shaving my hair for the charity Mind
I’ve had depression from a very young age due to being sexually abused from 4-14
It’s had a huge impact on mine and my families lives
It’s touched people’s lives one way or another
I had to give up work due to my health and at times it’s made me feel worthless
But doing this is helping to give me some worth back
Cut off date to donate is 21st August
Will put video of hair shave on 22nd August
