Donating back the Council Tax rebate

Aim: I want the Governments money to go to those that need it the most, no children should be hungry or worry about eating.
I am fortunate enough to not require the £150 rebate on Council Tax from the Government due to the increase in energy costs, and rather than take this money myself I want to donate it back to the local community to help those around that are not so fortunate, I would also like to encourage local friends and family who may also be fortunate enough to do the same, and for those that are not local to maybe do something similar where you are.
