It takes bravery to talk about your mental health. I’ve decided to be brave myself and to do something I’ve always feared and take a dip in the North Sea on Monday. It’s short notice but if you can put in a few quid towards a local charity that’s close to the heart it’d be much appreciated. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
