My 78 year old friend has very foolishly ordered her grandson a mobile phone on her catalogue on the promise he would make payments to her for it. This hasn't materialized and she has been left with a very hefty bill with interest growing daily. I'm doing this as a long shot as she is making herself ill with the worry of how she is going to pay for it and the catalogue are not interested in her plight. if she goes down the debt route she will be unable to use the catalogue again and this is one of her few pleasures where she can treat her self and spread the cost.
