All charities are important and make a difference to their chosen community. But I feel that Radical Recruit are a little different and I love what they do.
They support the most diverse section of humanity, the care leavers, neuro diverse, prison leavers - to say a few. They support people to become employable, to get interviews, accomodation and sometimes longer, with emergency food, fuel and travel. They are 'the village' that most of us have to support us - for those people. So far they have helped 700 people!
They also help, support and train employers to recognise the untouched pool of talent they could be missing out on.
Win win for everyone.
Radical Recruit employees are running 5k a day, every day for 50days to raise money! I am just joining in.
