Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on [8am 24/04/2025] and closes on [8am 31/05/2025]. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is [£1,000] 
• Only 1 winner is picked for the £1,000 prize from the prize draw, if the target fund is reached.
• The prize money will be awarded from the target funds raised.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using [AI, Uniform random selection method. This means every name in the list has an equal chance of being chosen].
• The draw will take place on [31/5/2025], and the winner(s) will be notified within [2 days] of the draw taking place.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
