Trina & Shey take on Tough Mudder!!

We will be taking part in TOUGH MUDDER on the 23rd April 2022.

We have raised money for CALM a few times now, totalling over £2000.

This is a charity that sits close to home, following the loss of our father on the 11th Feb 2019.

CALM stands for campaign against living miserably.

As we all know, suicide is one of the biggest killers, particularly in MEN.

CALM works closely with all, but mainly with men to try and tackle suicide & implement preventions. 

The reality is, suicide wont ever be stopped.

However, with the right resources in places we can try to help some people & prevent their death.
