Hi, I’m Meg Sajnaga. I’m a mother, psychology graduate, and passionate advocate for mental health and trauma recovery. Over the years, I’ve walked my own journey through healing—a path filled with challenges, self-discovery, and growth. As a mother of two, I’ve also experienced the complexities of parenting children while navigating my own emotional wounds.
Beyond Healing was born from my deep desire to share what I’ve learned, not just through academic study but through lived experience. I’ve felt the overwhelming guilt, the exhaustion, and the yearning for a better way—for myself and my children. This book is my way of saying, You are not alone, and healing is possible.
But this isn’t just my story. Behind this project is a small, dedicated team of editors, designers, and advocates who believe in the power of this book to change lives. Together, we’re building a resource that combines compassion, science, and actionable tools to empower families worldwide.
Our Vision
I envision a world where healing is accessible to everyone, where parents feel supported in their journeys, and where children are nurtured with empathy and understanding. Beyond Healing is more than a book; it’s a movement to break cycles of trauma and create stronger, more connected families.
