Aims:
- Build an extensive material on the events, the judicial cover-up and the denial of justice that followed.
- Make available a unique collection of:
- first-hand accounts, affidavits, and witness testimony
- news footage from the time of the events
- photography
- press cuttings
- day by day, hour by hour accounts
- a catalogue of crimes, including hidden crimes, e.g., mass rape and the killing of children
- commissioned articles
- news and bibliography
- official and unofficial inquiries
It will serve:
- scholars, professional researchers, the media, writers, artists, students, and the public as a library of record
- as a living memorial to the victims.
- provide a wealth of materials available to ensure the horrors of 1984 are never repeated in the future.

The project has been costed at a tune of £3,000 broken down to the following approx. costs:
- Website domain, platform, and subtitle tool: £800
- News footage royalties: £1,000
- Photo royalties: £1,200
