I’m raising money over the next 30 days for all the bros that felt they couldn’t talk to anyone when it all got too much. I’m doing this not only to raise awareness of mental health but to build on this amazing community and bring people together, to support each other.
I lost my best friend to suicide and I want to help others that feel like life is too much. To realise that they have so much more to give in life. Together we will break the stigma of mental health and help people to receive the help they need.
My target is £150 so any donation will make a massive difference!
I will be doing 150KM over 30 Days so get donating and I’ll be posting my progress on here and social media.
