This charity's vision is to see a "healthy, educated and self-sufficient community in Malawi". Taking training, education and healthcare direct to one of the spots on the planet that needs it most. Implementing sustainable practices and teaching self-sufficiency, to help communities thrive and be independent.
I read about African Vision Malawi and particularly the impact of Sam's Village, a self-sustaining training village, which aims to train thousands of people out of poverty, and thought they were a friggin' inspiration! I hope you think so too, please check them out here:

I've never run a marathon before, so this is going to be a real personal challenge. Please help me run that extra mile by piling on the pressure and sponsoring me tonnes of money!
