Throughout March, Baildon Cricket Club work together to raise as much awareness around men’s mental health as we can. We do this in honour of our friend and former player, Simon “Heggers” Heginbotham.
Last year we started the campaign and it was a hugely successful month. This year we want to grow the event even further and make more of a difference.
The money we raise throughout the month will be split between MIND charity and the cricket club. The money donated to MIND will go a long way in helping ensure nobody has to face mental health problems alone, the work they do is incredible! The money that goes to the cricket club will go towards the upkeep of the ground and facilities that are used by so many in the local community and ensure that the club can continue to thrive as we enter the new season in the Bradford Premier League.
Over the month, the boys and girls at the club will be working hard to hit their 100km target and with your support it can all be worthwhile!
Thank you.
