Hi, thank you for looking and helping our little 1 year old French Bulldog Roxy (Roxanna Storm), we have had our little girl since she was 12 weeks old.  She is such a full of fun, love her zoomies round the house.  She is our first pet dog.  She lives with us and our boys (12 years old and 8 years old) she is all our best friend. Our boys and us are so upset missing her so much.  Our youngest said “our house isn’t home without Roxy”.

On 3rd June, she started with a lump on her neck under her jaw, she had a small operation to see if the vet could find the reason for the lump but nothing was found. She was then referred to a specialist soft tissue surgeon, who scanned her and operated and finally found one little grass seed.  We were thrilled he had found the cause of the abscess, but our little girls face started swelling so much.  They had to operate again and  that on operating found a golf ball sized blood clot.  Her wound measures 5cm by 5cm.  The vet said it will just take time for the tissue in the wound to become completely pink and healthy again.

She is in ICU.  We can’t visit her because of Covid.  Her current vet bill is £5,200.00, this increases daily by £100 for sedation, cleaning the wound and dressing changes.

We do have pet insurance, but this is capped at £4,000.

So we are kindly asking for your help towards these vet fees, even just £1.

Thank you.
