Unfortunately this project was not successful.

My aim is to spread Mental Health Awareness.

My name is Jason Thompson, I am 20 years old and I am spreading Mental Health Awareness. A little bit of positivity can make someone's day better.

You are amazing (hope this helps).

I am trying to find guests for my YouTube series, it will be recorded via Skype video or audio call and uploaded to YouTube. Please read the below and let me know if you would be interested in being a guest.

Everyone (including you) is having an inner battle. We all need someone to support us. Some of us seem to think talking to people is a sign of weakness but it really isn't.  There are so many people who are ending their own lives because they think there is no alternative solution to their problems.

I want people to know, I want you to know, you are important and you are so worth it! Never let anyone bring you down.

Whilst it is true that words can hurt and even kill the polar opposite is also true - words can heal and save lives.

There seems to be a stigma about talking about Mental Health, why? It baffles me.

So I have decided to try and do something about it.   I have created a YouTube series where you can talk to me about your life and Mental Health. If you want to be involved then please do not be a stranger! Contact me at or reply to this email if you want to be part of the series.  We can do a Recorded Skype Call and I can upload it to YouTube. It will help show that everyone has a story.

We are all human and we all have our mental limits. Don't suffer in silence.  I did and it nearly cost me my life. You are important, never forget that.

I did the first episode with my mom and my little sister, it shows that everyone has an inner battle.

Got an idea like this?

Our crowd has raised over £70 million for bright ideas and good causes.
