Over 1000 Teessiders came together to rehearse, record and release this version of Linkin Park's One More Light. From 7 year olds to 87 year olds, police officers, prisoners, students, teachers, office workers, gardeners, mothers, fathers and families of those effected by suicide gave of their time, their hearts and their voices. This is now OUR gift to anyone who feels alone, desperate or in crisis.
We were going to sell the single. But it is more important that people hear the song and the sentiment behind it.
If you wish to give a donation as a contribution towards the ongoing project, all proceeds will fund the setting up and training in listening and signposting for men in the workplaces and communities across Teesside and the UK. We need to create more ways for people to be a part of things - rather than set apart.
Thankyou for listening. And please be a light for those who have lost their way.
