One Man One Pan is a simple, sustainable pop-up catering business which caters to public and private events. Using only sustainable produce and one paella pan, the menu serves delicious one-pan dishes with a range of additional refreshing, home-brewed drinks. All ingredients are organic, sustainable and sourced locally, always.
One Man One Pan, is the start-up project from the sustainable chef Ed Simpson. With long standing experience in the corporate culinary field, Ed moved into sustainable cooking becoming the Head Chef for Poco, the UK’s second most sustainable restaurant and Eco-minded Tapas Bar. Ed’s food philosophy is founded on his belief in the benefits of locally sourced, organic produce and how great tasting food brings friends, families and communities together. Going back to his Shropshire roots, you’ll find Ed and his One Man One Pan pop-up stall based in Shropshire aiming to expand into catering at private and public events across England.
