Election time is here again and we all know that regardless of their manifesto policies, none of the politicians will stick to their election promises. Regardless of your political persuasion, we all use this valuable service. Even if you pay for private health care, in the unfortunate event of an accident, your first port of call is going to be a NHS hospital. The NHS was setup by public demand, to serve the public and if our elected leaders can't be trusted to gather and allocate the money we pay for this, then we need to fund it ourselves. This is too precious a service, to loose. Unbeleivable as it seems, I couldnt find a way of donating to the NHS, instead it seems you can donate to regional health trusts. So I have set up a bank account to collect all funds received, they will then be split between these trusts, unless a central collection point becomes apparent.
