It all started with our own little bundle arriving earlier than expected and at one of the busiest times of the year Christmas!
Having moved house 5 days before Arthur was born I didn't really get a chance to put my nesting instinct into action instead there were boxes everywhere.
Arthur was due towards the end of January.
So we had our hospital bag packed with clothing we assumed would fit him.
However going into labour on Christmas day he arrived and was a lot smaller than expected.
He was tiny!
Not micro size but just tiny!
We didn't pack for a Tiny Baby.
Arthur's father then had to leave us to go shopping for Tiny Baby clothing.
Which meant that extra money was spent, and precious time taken.
A few weeks passed and we then came up with a solution for other parents in the same situation.
Not everyone has a car, to start hunting around for Tiny Baby clothing.
Also if we could have ordered a Tiny Baby clothing bundle to be delivered this would have made things a lot easier.
Also there is a lot of clothing waste which really needs to reduce.
All of our clothing bundles have good quality pre loved clothing in.
So if we can help parents with a Tiny Baby save money and relax knowing that they can have a clothing bundle delivered quickly then that would be amazing.
Our Baby boxes will have 6 vests, 6 Baby grows, hat, sample of biodegradable nappies and scratch mits.
A percentage of each box will be donated to our local hospital to the transitional care unit for babies.
They do an amazing job.
I really hope I can have support to make this a ongoing possibility.
Starting a new business with Little finances is not an easy task but I keep going I'm very passionate about it and I don't want to give up!
We hope to move on to boxes for larger babies and toddlers in the near future to help parents and carers have access to affordable pre loved clothing especially if they cannot get out and about so easily.
I would also like to have my own affordable reusable Baby wipe line too!
One step at a time.
