To raise funds for legal representation at judicial review to challenge Parole Boards decision to release my mum's murderer.

by Tracey Jane Wilks in Rochford, England, United Kingdom

My mum, Wendy Speakes was murdererd by a stranger, Christopher Farrow in 1994 - he stalked women practised how to get into women's homes and took a murder kit with him, including a pair of shoes - it took 6 years to find him. He has now applied for release and the Parole Board have recommended that he move to Open prison with a view to release this year. He has never shown any remorse and still continues to "DENY, MISREPRESENT AND OBFUSCATE THE MURDER" which is legally viewed as an "irrational" decision by the Parole Board. He also still has a pair of my mum's shoes as a murder trophy - for his next victim?

Let's make 'Murderer-Judicial Review to challenge Parole Board' happen
