Multi personnel recruitment isn't like any other recruitment agency, we want to give as much back to our great community as we can. We want to provide as much free training to our employee's as we can to cover courses in Maths/English/ICT also health & social care. We will have agreements in place with each company we have contracts with so that each employee can learn on the job. We will also would like to help the younger community with apprenticeship schemes with local businesses. But we are proud to introduce our monthly bonus scheme to all who find work through multi personnel recruitment, each month if they meet all their targets or even if there on the right track to progression we will reward them with a monthly bonus of up to £100. to achieve this we need funding and support, multi personnel recruitment are currently working with multiple charities and seeking support from our local council, we will be donating 3% of our yearly turnover to charity so the more we grow the more we can fund our local charities.
My name's Phillip birch, I didn't leave school with any qualifications, I had ambitions to be a police officer when I left school but life had a different path for me. I started my first job cleaning toilets far from what I imagined what work life would be like, but 12 years years later I've achieved so Much, I've gone from cleaning toilets to working with mental health to Even working in the prison service, my most recent job is running a processing department and overseeing recruitment for a multi million pound company, but my biggest achievement is my two children. I've seen first hand just how hard it can be to progress in this day and age, but now I can be that bit of hope for people who just want to better thier lives.
By June 2018 I would like to open 2 more offices one in Walsall and Birmingham and work with as many charities and community centres as we can.
